Villa Agate is built according to the traditional local architecture inside and out, on a hill right above the popular St. John beach (where the movie Shirley Valentine was filmed), to which it offers access in just 5 minutes my car.  Because of its unique location, Villa Agate offers one of the best sea views you can find on the island and also faces the sunset.

Villa Agate consists of Two levels:

  • Parking Level which can comfortably accommodate up to 5 cars
  • Main Level – Here you can find two suites with separate doors. One Master suite with double bed and one suite with twin beds. Each suite can accommodate two persons. On this level you can also find the large infinity swimming pool, comfortable sun lounges, outdoor furniture and a beautiful olive tree garden.
  • Host’s Level- Where you can find the very friendly villa hosts (in a separate apartment) that can assist you with anything you need inside the Villa.
